Police are seeking urgent public assistance to locate an 86-year-old man missing from Chermside West.
Allen Kirkegaard was last seen at an address on Rode Road around midday today (April 30) and has not been seen since.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 193cm tall, with greying light brown hair and green eyes.
Allen is believed to be wearing a shirt, dark coloured windbreaker jacket, trousers and a smartwatch.
Family and police are concerned for his welfare due to Allen’s age and medical condition.
He is known to frequent shops in the Chermside and Stafford areas.
Anyone who has seen Allen or has information is urged to contact police.
