Police and emergency services remain at the scene of a truck crash on Clarence Street at Bellerive, near the Quay.
Sadly, a man has died in what was believed to be a medical episode before the crash.
Clarence Street remains blocked with east-bound motorists being diverted down Scott Street and west-bound motorists being diverted down Beach Street.
Please avoid the area until the scene is cleared.The road is expected to remain closed for another two hours.
Our thoughts and condolences are with the man’s family and loved ones.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
