One person has died following a collision in Jacana on 10 May.
It is believed a pedestrian was walking across the road when she was struck by a Toyota hatchback on Johnstone Street around 9.45pm.
The 40-year-old Jacana woman sustained life-threatening injuries and has now died in hospital.
The driver, a 58-year-old Greenvale man, stopped at the scene and assisted police with their enquiries.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
