Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash in Cooljarloo, between Cataby and Badgingarra, on Friday, 7 June 2024.
About 8.55am, a white Toyota Prado was being driven south on Brand Highway. At the same time, a white Volvo road train and a white Suzuki Ignis were being driven north on the same road. The three vehicles were involved in a crash near the intersection of Waddi Road.
The 82-year-old female driver of the Suzuki and her 83-year-old female passenger died at the scene of the crash.
The 31-year-old male driver of the Volvo truck and the 38-year-old male driver of the Toyota were not injured.
