Police are investigating a suspicious house fire which occurred in Richlands yesterday, June 13.
At approximately 1pm, emergency services responded to Progress Road following reports of a vacant property on fire.
Police conducted traffic control in the area while the fire was brought under control.
No injuries were reported as a result.
A crime scene was declared, and investigations are continuing.
Police are appealing to any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision from Progress Road between Garden Road and Archerfield Road between 12pm and 1.30pm to come forward.
