A man has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car at North Sydney.
Emergency services were called to Blue Street just after 4pm today (Saturday 20 April 2019) after the man was struck by a Volkswagen hatchback.
The 25-year-old has been taken to Royal North Shore Hospital with serious injuries.
Officers from North Shore Police Area Command have established a crime scene and commenced an investigation.
The driver of the Volkswagen, a 50-year-old man, wasn’t injured and has been taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
Inquiries are continuing.
