Police Appeal To Locate Man Missing From Guildford 12 May

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s west.

Toby Dolphin, age 21, was last seen at an address on Guildford Road, Guildford, on Wednesday (8 May 2024).

When he couldn’t be located or contacted, he was reported missing to Campbelltown City Police Area Command on Wednesday (8 May 2024) and the case was later transferred to officers attached to Cumberland Police Area Command who commenced inquiries to locate him.

Police and family hold concerns for his welfare.

Toby is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm tall, slim build with brown hair, moustache and brown eyes.

It is believed he has a tattoo on his right hand, behind his right ear, along with a black nose ring.

He was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper, black pants, black VANS shoes with a white stripe and a green cap.

He is known to frequent travelling through public transport between Central Station and Parramatta Station.
