Police are currently searching and appeal for public assistance to help locate missing man Samuel.
The 39-year-old Ferntree Gully man was last seen at a Chirnside Park Shopping Centre on the Maroondah Highway about 4.20pm on Friday, 28 June.
Police and family have concerns for Samuel as he has serious medical conditions and requires care.
Samuel is of African appearance, about 170cm tall with black curly hair and a thin to medium build.
He was last seen wearing a grey jumper and black pants.
Investigators have released an image of Samuel in the hope someone may recognise him.
Anyone who sights Samuel is urged to contact Triple-Zero (000) immediately.
