Police are investigating a fire at a fast food restaurant in Taylors Lakes this morning.
Emergency Services were called to the Melton Highway business about 2.45am.
The building sustained significant damage and no one was inside at the time.
A crime scene has been established while detectives work to establish the exact circumstances and cause of the fire.
