Police are currently searching and appeal for public assistance to help locate missing Mount Waverley man James.
The 74-year-old was last seen inside a medical centre on Clayton Road, Clayton about 6.30pm on 4 June.
Police have concerns for James’ welfare due to a medical condition.
He is known to frequent the Mount Waverley area.
James is Caucasian, with a thin build, grey hair, and glasses.
He was last seen wearing a chequered grey and black shirt jacket, blue faded jeans, and black shoes.
Police have released an image of James in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
