Police have charged a 69-year-old Rockhampton man in relation to a grievous bodily harm incident in Rockhampton, June 15.
It will be alleged just after 7.30pm on June 15, an altercation occurred at an East Street property between two men who are known to each other.
A short time later, a 52-year-old Rockhampton man sustained a stab wound.
He was transported to Rockhampton Base Hospital in a critical condition.
A 69-year-old Rockhampton man was taken into custody on June 25 and charged with one count of grievous bodily harm.
He is due to appear at Rockhampton Magistrates Court on July 19.
