Council is advising residents that Havachat Bridge will be closed between 7am-5pm on Saturday 20 June while structural investigation work and drilling of test piles takes place ahead of the bridge’s replacement.
The works are being conducted on Saturday to avoid disruption to school bus traffic. An alternate route is available via Mines Road with Men at Work engaged for traffic control.
Council thanks the community for their patience while these essential works are undertaken.
