Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Wattleup on Wednesday, 19 June 2024.
About 9.55pm, a blue Ford Fiesta hatchback was travelling south on Rockingham Road when near Musson Road, the vehicle left the road and struck a wooden power pole before rolling and coming to rest on its roof.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, a man believed to be in his 60s, sustained critical injuries in the crash and died at the scene.
