A woman and baby reported missing from the state’s south have been located.
The 35-year-old woman and 2-year-old girl were last seen in Lavington on Thursday 6 June 2024.
When they were unable to be contacted or located, officers attached to Murray River Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into their whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, they were located safe in Wodonga about 4pm today (Friday 21 June 2024).
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
