Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Wong Chen Hoe.
The 28-year-old of no fixed address is wanted on warrant in relation to failing to appear at court for obtain property by deception and obtain financial advantage by deception.
Wong is Asian, about 165cm tall, of medium build, has brown eyes and glasses.
Wong is known to frequent the Carlton area.
Investigators have released an image of Wong in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
